DREAMS I & II
This is the start of a series exploring dreams. I began this series after graduating college during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I was sleeping more and writing down my dreams each morning. In this series I look to capture dream sequences into static images, each piece visualizing a different dream. The rich contrasting colors and layered imagery evoke a sense of surreal exploration, and present in these two pieces are themes of water, identity, isolation, growth, disassociation, journey, and duality/contrast.
